My wife and I switched to Dr. Chang’s practice after our former dentist retired. The first appointment went very well and was thorough and efficient for both of us. Dr. Chang and his whole office were very welcoming and friendly. We had several great referrals from friends and family about Dr. Chang’s office, and we found their positive experiences to hold true. Dr. Chang and his office are amazing! Great for the whole family! I have 3 girls, ages 5,3,1, and they make going to the dentist so fun and easy for them. My kids eagerly await their special balloon. It’s such a relief as a parent to not have to dread taking your kids to the dentist. I have even had staff graciously offer to hold babies while my other kid got treated. Each hygienist is so kind and efficient. I had an appointment for all 3 girls today and we were done in 40 minutes. I grew up in a small town and could trust my dentist with anything. Dr. Chang is the same, super kind and understanding. So nice to have someone I can trust.

Chipped my front tooth just before Thanksgiving. Dr Derek Chang did an awesome job with composite refill, matched my natural teeth color & minimized reduction to keep my original tooth structure. Staffs were all super friendly and supportive throughout. I was happy with the pricing too. Reasonably priced and affordable despite not having the dental insurance. Thank you Dr Chang and his team!

This dental practice is top notch. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Everyone was so nice and kind. This was the best experience I have ever had. While in town for business my temporary crown fractured and they were able to get me in and replaced the temporary crown.

His staff is amazing, especially Elizabeth Cruz his dental hygienist. She’s very caring and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this practice!

I chipped the enamel on tooth and my normal dentist was out of town. Dr Changs office fit me in and had me in a chair within an hour. From the time I entered the front door to the time I left the atmosphere and hospitality was on point. I’m not sure I’ve been to a place with such a positive atmosphere in quite some time. Dr Chang was very quick informative and a great teacher, before he did anything he told me what he was gonna do. As he was doing the procedure, he was telling me what and how he was doing it. I am just amazed at the hospitality atmosphere and General kindness in this office. Great job, I would 100% recommend for your dental needs.

We took our 1 year old son for his first dentist appointment and Dr. Chang was wonderful! Everything went smoothly for his first visit. Me and my husband also go here for our dental visits and the hygienist are always so nice and professional!

Where do I begin? Everyone at Dr. Chang’s goes above and beyond! If it sounds like I’m gushing, it’s because I am. He is the dentist we all hope we’ll find! I don’t believe I’ve ever waited more than 5 minutes for any appointment—small waiting room, because they don’t overbook! You won’t find the excellent care you get with Dr. Chang and his staff at a chain dental clinic. Just remember, if it’s not Dr. Chang and his gang, it ain’t your thang!

I am a VERY anxious dental patient. From the counter staff to my dental assistant and most importantly, Dr. Chang, they were all calm, welcoming and reassuring. I was my dental assistant's last patient of the day but she never displayed any rush to leave. She was calm and spoke kindly and let me ramble due to my anxiety. She even asked me what I was thinking. Finally, I needed a tooth extracted and my Dentist closed up shop. I didn't know it and he never left a referral. In my pursuit to find another I asked my neighbor who his Dentist was. It was the best referral of my life. Dr. Chang is gentle, relaxed and easy spoken. He removed the tooth quite easily since it would already move. I have no dental insurance. His fee was budget friendly. And he's not bad to look at if you have to have dental work. My fear has been diminished and I am going to keep him as my dentist. Everyone is pleasant and professional. If you are looking for a dentist, he's your man.

Just had my first visit, and everyone was so nice! I was such a baby, but They were understanding, kind, and made sure constantly that I was ok. Very nice staff.

Best dentist I could ask for! Dental hygienist is a perfectionist especially. Other ones I had in the past were in a rush. Also, the other dentist I went to was pushy upselling sealants and floride. Glad to have found a quality place that accepts our insurance.

I was so relieved when Dr Chang was able to replace my retainer/mouth guard and even more so when he didn't have to take impressions. His staff was able to scan my teeth and walked me through what to expect step by step. When my retainer/mouth guard came in, they fit great and were better quality than the ones I'd previously gotten from the orthodontist. His staff is friendly and professional, I highly recommend Derek Chang DDS for your dental needs!

THE FRIENDLIEST staff I have ever been around. I've been terrified of the dentist since I was a child. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and calm. Dr. Chang was so kind and gentle and explained everything clearly. I've never seen any of them without a smile and EVERYONE speaks to you when you pass them in the hall. It's sad to say that this is a rare occurrence these days. I recommend them to everyone I know. Totally worth your time and money.

OMG. I called their number Sunday evening, Monday morning I had an antibiotic script waiting for me at the pharmacy.

My tooth needed to come out now, I could not eat or sleep. Dr Chang took me at 7:30 in morning on Tuesday which I asked for.

Dr. Chang has an excellent bedside manner; explains everything to you and is Very Caring through the whole procedure. He is the BEST. I will never go anywhere else, because when you get the best, there is no other place to go.

Hi highly recommend Dr. Chang and his staff! I had to get a root canal done at 6 months pregnant yesterday with nothing to put me under for obvious reasons! He was super gentle! Root canal was done at 12 and by 5:30 I was able to eat again and pain free ! Thank you again Dr Chang, you made my day!

I got my first cavity at 35 years old, and I was dreaded getting it fixed. Palms sweating and shaking lol, the whole lot. I was super nervous! I had absolutely nothing to worry about though. They made sure I was absolutely comfortable, and the whole procedure was done before I knew it, yay! I highly recommend Dr Chang and his hygienist team. They are all very professional and kind. Not to mention, even at my normal cleaning appointments with them, I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be let back. Thank you to Dr. Chang for seeing in within an hour of my phone call. I was in pain and his office accepted me as a new patient no questions asked, same day appointment and relieved my pain within literally minutes. Needless to say this is my new go to dentist. I can smile again, pain free!

Dr Chang conferred with my son about my dental needs and they agreed on the procedure required.
I am confident enough with Dr Chang that I will continue going to him and not do all the traveling.
